About the role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Agency Development Manager to lead growth in McKinney, TX. You will recruit, develop, and lead a top-tier sales team, driving market expansion and building client relationships. This is a leadership role with an emphasis on growth, strategy, and team success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools
