Colonial Life corporate publishes a broker support line and a contact form. Both work fine for policy questions. Neither one gets you a person who knows your market, will sit in a renewal meeting with you, or will pick up when an enrollment is going sideways on day two.

No. Co-branded materials, you stay in the lead, and the compensation structure is unchanged. That is the whole model.
What size groups do you work with?
Small to large. The right structure depends on the group, so the honest answer is to call and walk through it rather than quote a threshold that would not apply to your client.
Do you travel for in-person enrollment?
Yes. Sandra travels the state for onsite 1-on-1 enrollment, and we schedule around your client’s shift structure rather than asking a workforce to come to us.
We already have a Colonial Life rep. Can we switch?
Call and we will talk about it honestly. Sometimes the right answer is that your current rep is fine and just needs a nudge.
