Serving Texas & Oklahoma — the Texoma Region

Colonial Life for Dallas-Fort Worth Brokers

We are the Colonial Life representative for Dallas–Fort Worth brokers, and this is our home market.

Our office is at 6800 Weiskopf Ave, Suite 150 in McKinney — which means for a DFW group, “we will come sit with your employees” is not a scheduling negotiation. It is a drive.

What being local changes

Onsite is the first thing that gets cut when the rep is three states away.

Multi-shift manufacturers in Garland and Grand Prairie, distribution centers along the I-35 corridor, corporate headcount in Plano and Frisco, municipal and ISD groups across Collin and Denton counties. These are groups where an enrollment counselor in the building changes the participation number — and where a virtual-only enrollment quietly fails.

What we handle

You keep the relationship. We do the lifting.

You keep the client and the compensation. We take the operational work off your desk during renewal season.

Case design and build

Plan structure, rates, and the back-end configuration — built for where the group is going, not where it was.

Enrollment counseling

1-on-1 employee benefit counseling, onsite or virtual, which drives participation rates most call centers cannot touch.

Employee Navigator

Included at no cost to you or your clients, alongside co-branded employee communications that keep your name on it.

Claims and reporting

Support after the sale, when it actually matters — not just at renewal.

Coverage

Cities we cover

DFW has the densest corporate relocation activity in the state. Groups here grow fast and restructure often, so benefits get revisited on a shorter cycle than the annual calendar suggests.

Dallas · Fort Worth · Plano · McKinney · Frisco · Allen · Garland · Carrollton · Denton · Arlington · Irving · Richardson · The Colony · Lewisville · Grand Prairie · Mansfield · Sherman · Denison

Loop us in early on renewals. A voluntary strategy assembled two weeks before the effective date is a brochure. One assembled ninety days out is a retention tool.

Broker FAQ

Practical questions, straight answers

Where is your DFW office?

6800 Weiskopf Ave, Suite 150, McKinney, TX 75070.

Will you come onsite for enrollment in DFW?

Yes. This is our home market and onsite is standard here.

Can you handle multi-shift and second-shift enrollments?

Yes. We staff around the shift schedule rather than running one midday meeting and calling it an enrollment — which in a multi-shift plant is the difference between reaching a third of the workforce and reaching all of it.

What size groups do you work with?

Small to large. What fits depends on the group.

Do I lose the client relationship if I bring you in?

No. Co-branded materials, you stay in the lead, and the compensation structure is unchanged.

Start a partnership

Bring us into the renewal early.

Tell us about the group and the effective date. The earlier we are in the conversation, the more we can do.
